Dabei habe ich im <a href=\"https:\/\/entra.microsoft.com\/#view\/Microsoft_AAD_IAM\/PTAAgentManagement.ReactView?Microsoft_AAD_IAM_legacyAADRedirect=true\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/entra.microsoft.com\/#view\/Microsoft_AAD_IAM\/PTAAgentManagement.ReactView?Microsoft_AAD_IAM_legacyAADRedirect=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EntraID-Portal<\/a> bemerkt, dass einer der drei Auth Agents &#171;Failed&#187; ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"737\" height=\"334\" src=\"https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image.png 737w, https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-300x136.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 737px) 100vw, 737px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf diesem Server meldet der Agent im Eventlog auch Fehler im Minutentakt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"306\" src=\"https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2-1024x306.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2-1024x306.png 1024w, https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2-300x90.png 300w, https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2-768x229.png 768w, https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2-1200x358.png 1200w, https:\/\/itblog.wildi.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/image-2.png 1289w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe dann als erstes TLS 1.2 auf dem Server aktiviert, neu gestartet und Entra AD Connect (&#171;Azure AD Connect&#187;) aktualisiert, was aber keine Besserung brachte. Danach stellte ich fest, dass das Dateidatum des Agent vom 31.05.2021 stammt. Also habe ich den Agent noch separat aktualisiert. Das Dateidatum \u00e4nderte dadurch aber nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch ein weiterer Reboot des Servers brachte keine \u00c4nderung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momentan ist das Problem noch ungel\u00f6st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Update 27.09.2024:<\/strong> Es stellte sich schlussendlich heraus, dass die Erneuerung des Zertifikates durch die Firewall blockiert \/ behindert wurde. Ich musste unseren Firewall-Leuten mitteilen, bitte diese Server von DeepInspection auszunehmen.
